Job description
In our RF team you will be responsible for designing X- and S-band AESA radar modules.
Responsibilities
- GaN MMIC and module design, simulation, prototyping
- Measurement and validation, design reviews
- Transition to serial production with the production team
Requirements
- MSc or BSc in electrical–electronics engineering
- At least 3 years' experience with ADS, AWR or CST
- Eligibility for security clearance
